it was in a perfect and marvellous place. what's more, it was adjacent to a quiet area, totnes, brixham, dartmouth, kingsbridge, slapton sands and salcombe and salcombe.

Room was spacious and location was lovely and marvellous. It was located in a lovely area near the sea. Overall experience was comfortable.

The location was indeed particularly good and great, short walk to both Paignton and Torquay, and the shops and restaurants. Also, it was based near the sea.

The setting was marvellous.

There was no welcome, sadly.

Stayed at a lovely place with a patio and free WiFi. Oh, and let's not forget the thrilling experience of parking my car for free!

It was marvellous near the sea. Nigel made everything for all of us. There was kitchen, so we mostly cooked breakfast ourselves...

Great location just off Totnes, Brixham, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Slapton Sands and Salcombe, a quiet area and both Paignton and Torquay, everything good. Nice welcome from host. Spacious rooms with a second toilet. A shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries available. Location near the sea.

The location of the apartment was convenient, with easy access to Paignton and Torquay, as well as other places of interest in South Devon such as Totnes, Brixham, and Dartmouth. the apartment itself was well-furnished and clean, with a tastefully decorated interior. It had a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher. the shower was great and the beds were super comfortable.

The access to the kitchen had a step up which could be hazardous at night, especially for those with limited mobility.

We got great value for our money at The Garden Apartment, with a clean and well-equipped room that felt like home. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the staff provided excellent communication and hospitality.

The breakfast could be improved with a larger selection of options.

The apartment was immaculately clean and well-equipped, with a modern and stylish decor. the communication with the hosts was excellent, making the check-in process a breeze. We loved the convenience of the parking space right outside and the fact that there were clear instructions for late check-in. It was a pleasant surprise to find a pint of milk in the fridge, along with tea and coffee. the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. the shower was great and the beds were super comfy. a comfortable and homely stay.

Access can be challenging for those with limited mobility, as there is a step up into the kitchen that could be a hazard at night. the bedroom curtains could have been thicker to block out early morning light, as we were woken up at 5.45am.

Spotless apartment with all necessary amenities. Full length mirror would be a nice addition. Conveniently located for local activities. Good communication from hosts.

We stayed at The Garden Apartment for a few nights while visiting family in the area. It was conveniently located, allowing us easy access to Paignton, Torquay, and other nearby towns and attractions. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished with all the amenities we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space. It was spotless and had thoughtful touches, such as a pint of milk in the fridge and a selection of teas and coffees. The patio area was a lovely bonus, perfect for enjoying the sun.

Stayed here with my family members, everything was excellent, I had a really amazing stay and recommend to family and friends.

The communication with the hosts was excellent and they provided clear instructions for key pickup. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped with modern furniture and decor. We were grateful for the pint of milk left in the fridge and the tea and coffee provided. The shower was great and the patio area off one of the bedrooms was a nice touch.

Access to the kitchen was challenging, especially at night, due to a hazard step up. The key safe was a bit fiddly to use, but the hosts' instructions were perfect.
